Receiving orders by phone and processing requests from the site is carried out from 10: 00 to 18: 00. When placing an order on the site after 18.00, it will be processed by the manager on the next business day from 10: 00.

How to place an order

  1. Select the product group you are interested in (for example, Food ice – Ice frappe). You will see a page where the products are presented with an indication of the price, as well as a small photo and product characteristics.

    Is it difficult to decide on the amount of ice? Use the online ICE calculator on the right side of the page or contact the operator by phone.

  2. After selecting the model you like, click the "Buy" button. The product will be automatically sent to your shopping cart. You can add any number of items to your shopping cart. The minimum order amount for delivery by the company's courier is 600 rubles. When choosing the methods of receiving "pickup" or "taxi delivery", the minimum order amount is not set.

  3. To place an order, go to the "Shopping Cart" section. View its contents. You can change the quantity of the product in the cart or delete what you don't need.

  4. To complete the order, you need to enter the method of receiving the order and your contact details. After clicking the "Send order" button, it will be sent to our manager for registration, after which he will call you back and clarify all the details of the order.

  5. Upon receipt of your order, our manager will contact you within a working day to clarify the place, date and time of receipt of the goods. ATTENTION!!! When placing orders after 18.00, processing takes place on the next business day from 10.00.

Payment methods

To pay for the product by bank card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: by bank card.
